Refund policy
Grabityour offer a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.To be eligible for a return: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at grabityour@gmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please send all approved returns to:

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including: Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants) Custom or personalized products Personal care items (e.g., beauty products) Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. If you have any doubts about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us first.
Exchanges: For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the item you have and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
